SYNOPSIS
	int query_player_level(string what)

DESCRIPTION
	Check if the user is of high enough level for several things.

	The argument denotes the action for which permission is to be
	checked:

	"trace"		Is the user allowed to use tracing?
	"inspect memory" Is the user allowed to issue the
			special command "showsmallnewmalloced"?
