GMCP Authentication

Authenticating to games is a long-standing pain point - as a client you can
never tell which syntax to use for the character name & password, and a server
- well, clients can't log in easily.

Been sitting on this problem for a while so I put together a GMCP extension
that addresses this: https://wiki.mudlet.org/w/Standards:GMCP_Authentication.
The implementation is super simple while leaving room for growth.

Have a look at reviewing it, especially if you're a client or a server author.
Let's solve a practical problem
